Greenport is the main hub where we will be staying for the weekend (with the exception of the actual wedding, which is 15 minutes west of Greenport in Cutchogue). A few notes:
-- Because its high season in the North Fork, the majority of hotels have two night minimums.
-- Also because its high season, we recommend that people decide on a hotel and book early because they do tend to fill up quickly.
-- Airbnb’s are an excellent option in addition to the hotels below. There are nice houses and apartments close to the center of Greenport and more options will also become available as the date gets closer, so its important to check every so often to see which houses have recently made the weekend of June 5-7 available on the site.
American Beech—Saturday night only. This is a chic boutique hotel in the center of Greenport that only had availability for Saturday night and we have blocked all 11 rooms. This is a great option for people who were only planning on staying for Saturday night, because its one of the few hotels that will not require you book two nights.
The Menhaden—also in the center of Greenport and a chic boutique hotel with 16 rooms.
Soundview Inn—a chic motel (yes, that’s a thing) that is about a 5 minute drive outside of the center of Greenport with waterfront balconies in each room. We do not have a room block here, though this is a more reasonably priced option that (as of the time we are writing this) does not have a two night minimum for the weekend of June 5-7
There are also larger hotels about 20 minutes west of the ceremony/reception venue in a larger city, Riverhead (including Hyatt Place, Residence Inn, and Hotel Indigo), though most of the pre and post wedding action will be in Greenport, which is 20 minutes east of the venue.
